Tamiya 1/48 Hurricane Mk.1

This is 's re boxing of the Mk.1 , it was built with the addition of an Eduard Big-Ed set and won 1st place in the Riverside Scale Modellers October model of the month contest. Painted with Vallejo Model Air and weathered with Tamiya acrylic, oil colours and pastel chalks.

  4. It's kind of novelty? I have not heard that Tamiya released a Hurricane.

  5. I've always preferred the Hurricane to the Spitfire, it somehow looks more like a fighter aircraft. You've done a good job with this one, like Craig says, just plain nice all round.
