1/32 Hasegawa P-47- 40 Slick Chick

March 24, 2014 · in Aviation · · 16 · 2.7K

I was doing this as a buddy build on a private forum that I belong to and I thought I would share. This took me about o month and most of it was trying to decide what scheme to go with. I was going to to the set up with the spike but that proved to be quite difficult for me to cut the mask so I chose the early one instead.

I have been really enamored with this Jug since I was about 9 years old I just like the way the dorsal fillet made the plane look. Now that this is done I will find a place for it next to all my other recent builds. Thanks for looking.
