  1. Thanks for taking the time to shoot & post these pictures. It appears there was nothing but top notch models here.
Were there any auto, motorcycle related models?

    • Al,
Yes it is amazing how a little regional show in Hungary grew to an event that is one of the very best and most visited in Europe. All praise should go to the local Hungarian modeling club for all the hard work to make that happen.

Mosonmagarovar is a small town and for the local community, this event is like if they were holding the olympics. Everything is nicely organised, with medieval games outside, picninc in the grass, food serving, you name it. The entire town is living modeling, which I find a very special experience for a modeling show.

Yes there are automotive classes but they are smaller in amount. I will have a closer look today and time permitted, will bring some photos here.

  2. Even more great pics Martin, it seems like they have got their heads screwed on.

  3. What kit is that Il-28? I’m not aware of one that makes up that nicely, so kudos to a modeler who went the distance.

  4. Martin, what an event! Was wondering where Moson is, but found that info in this post. Many thanks for sending all these great photos. It is a very humbling experience looking at them. Must really be that when you are actually there. Lots of talent in Hungary.

  5. thanks for these pics (all parts of Moson modelshow 2014) !

  6. The NMF finish on that “headliner” is stellar. Thanks again for all the outstanding photos.
