  11. Really sweet Rick, now where is the pics of the innards?

  12. Rob, it's really looking great. The colors jump off the monitor. Is there any kind of carry through structure to support the weight of the outer wing panels or is it a socket joint?

  13. Thanks guys, it is really a pretty good kit despite what has been written, the corrections have been pretty easy. Rick the wings do not have a spar or internal structure like say the Monogram 1/48 B-17 does, I may add one yet out of brass tube, but the outer wings are fairly light even with the floats. The joint is "tongue on groove" I guess you could call it, and has a pretty substantial joining area, so I may live dangerously and let it be. Paul the innards pics didn't turn out well, and I only did the cockpit, I decided after years of closing up hours of detail work in Monogram bombers that if you can't see it I'm not building it!

  14. The color of that Ale looks great too 🙂

  15. Yes Nikola, "Dead Guy Ale" from Rogue Brewery in Oregon, Very good stuff. The glass after that was "Irish Death" Ale from up here in Washington State, another fine brew for modeling!

  16. OK Rob, Send me a case of both. Maybe something better than McKewan's
