Martin B-57 Intruder – REVELL – 1/72
This model was fitted to prove that you can put functionality in a 1/72 kit without much compromise the accuracy of the final result.
In it, all rudders are mobile (elevator, aileron and direction), the turbines rotate (just blow), the landing gear is retractable and the canopy opens and closes as the true model!
It is the period of the Vietnam War and his painting was portrayed to the standard this season.
A curiosity the most was the incorporation of the same rotation system for the door-bombs (functionality identical to the original model).
The Revell kit does not present any arms thus created all in scratch using sprue plate and aluminum beer cans.
The kit is an old Revell and all the work took 02 years to complete.

It's great, Alexandre, all of those working surfaces, especially in 1/72, really good. Doesn't it look quite a lot like a Canberra? Is it about the same size?
