BF 110 C-4/B
II/Schnellkampfgeschwader 210
Operation “Barbarossa”, Eastern front, 1941
Hi all!
Here I am again! This time with the new tooling BF110 from Airfix in 1/72. Very nice model and it was a pleasure to build it.
I was very impressed with the decals quality. Very well printed and react very well to the Micro SET/SOL solutions.

My plan was to represent this plane as seen in Russia (circa 1941/42). See the black and white photo below

  1. Love it! Well done paint scheme – like the winter overpainting on the fuselage especially.

  2. Many thanks!
I’m in love with these Airfix new tooling kits. Just can’t get enough of it.

  3. Well done Paulo, a fine build and finish.
The old kit was a bit of a dog in latter years.
These new kits are pretty much top draw stuff.

  4. Paulo, favorite scheme of mine, and Wespe Geshwader. Almost as neat as sharkmouths! What a beaut!
It is getting so that you almost have to buy whatever new Airfix, huh?
I should be so lucky! I had their previous 110, mine came in a plastic bag with a paper header!

  5. Really nice. Airfix is definitely back.

  6. Wow, what a cool looking 110 ! Well done
