Thank you martin and everyone at iModeler. My Random Award Eduard kit arrived this morning and its a cracker.
I have a confession; I have never built a 48th scale Spit so I'm looking forward to breaking my duck with this beauty.

You'll be pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease of assembly, Robert...looking forward to your "initiation" build. Congrats. 😉
Be sure to be very precise with everything. Trim off sprue cuts, etc. Everything should "click" into place, but one mistake will create an avalanche of bad fit. The result is well worth the effort.

Certainly you have the skills, and as one can see your work, the motivation is there. Enjoy this model as well as this hobby.
