Italeri 1/35 Elco PT boat.

October 17, 2015 · in Ships · · 12 · 4.6K

This model was a commission build for a very good friend of mine. It took me two weeks from start to finish and it was an absolute pleasure to build.

The kit fitted together without any hassle. The plastic used is so different from what I am used to. It sanded easily and seam lines scraped off very easily.

The instructions were very clear. I worked in sub assemblies doing the painting and weathering on each part before putting it all together. I left the clear parts off till last.

I am very happy with the results.

Enjoy.
