1:48 scale, Eduard Yak-1b (Accurate Miniatures Re-pop)

I started building this model on a business trip I took last year up in Syracuse NY. It was small and fit in the luggage well.

I had built one of these kits when it was originally released by Accurate Miniatures a few years back, so I knew what to expect. Decent fit, good detail inside and out, instruction manual was easy to read, AND figure out what they heck they wanted me to do...decals were, eh, but some really nice choices you don't see every day.
