T62 Tamiya

October 24, 2016 in Armor

Hi Folks. Time I posted something. I am sorry for the poor quality pictures I really need to get a camera instead of my phone.. I normally like to build my kits with a clean finish so not used to making them mucky. I used humbrol enamels brushed and a silver pencil. And a black wash though I’ve heard not too use it but I like it. Hope you like it.

  1. Looks like just the right amount of “muckiness” to me. 🙂

  2. The weathering looks great Just the right amount of muck

  3. Anthony, I’m with Craig and Tom, just enough muck. You resisted the temptation to overdo.

  4. A fine build of this great tank, nice weathering as well.
    Congrats !

  5. Anthony, Nice build, I do like your weathering, not too much, is always better than way too much.
I’m not much of a tank guy, so what are those two barrels mounted on the back for ?,

  6. Nice tank! I think you’ve captured the look just right.

  7. Pics might not be the best, but from what I see, it’s a very nice model and I love the weathering that you did. It gives it a rough, combat look.

  8. Nice job and weathering, Photos are fine, I use a camera and I get mixed results.

  9. 🙂 … Greetings … 🙂 :
Nice work on this T-62 Anthony, you seem to have captured the feeling of this one. Your weathering is just spot on, not overdone, just like Craig stated …” Looks like just the right amount of “muckiness” “.

  10. A late “welcome onboard” from me. Nice work on this T-62, and more armor modeling is most welcome. Thanks for sharing!
