A surprisingly interesting corner of the competition display were the 1/144 scale classes. Easily overlooked because of their diminutive size, these aircraft models featured all kinds of modern improvements usually associated with larger scales such as the detailed cockpits, opened up service panels, weathering, rigging. Truly impressive - when viewing this set please keep in mind the level of magnification in the photos!
