1/48 Tamiya US M20 Greyhoud
Another one of those fun little 1/48 Tamiya Armour builds. Only issue i had was the decals sucks. To thick and keep cracking. I was able to fix it with touch up paint and weathering. Back to my Tomcat now 🙂

Brian, nice looking M-20. I'm hoping some enterprising soul comes up with some decals for Tamiyas 1/48th expanding armor collection. White stars, with and without circles, and numbers and letters to change the vehicle numbers. Micro/Superscale had a couple of sheets way, way back.
Maybe in the model railroad stuff...

I've been eyeing the 1/35 Tamiya Greyhound, since all of my armor is in that scale. (My eyes aren't what they used to be...) Tamiya has been releasing some really nice kits in 1/48 lately.
I know what you mean about those Tamiya decals, Brian, sometimes they're great and sometimes they are... Whatever, you've managed to overcome their shortcomings and produced an excellent looking Greyhound.

Yeah, trying to make it fit into a parking space could be an interesting exercise.
Yeah, Man! I want the one with the 37MM turret! You can make your own parking space! Crunch! WHAM! Target SUV, load HEAT...
Agree with others comments - paint work nicely done - subtle shading, etc.
Postwar, some police departments got these for barricade situations.
It also made a cameo appearance in the film Strategic Air Command when the security police responded to the attempted security breach by the plane full of infiltrators. Paint one blue, got it.
There used to be one parked in front of a surplus store, locally. Tastefully painted red, white, and blue. Got your attention.
Real nice, love the decal on the ammo box.
