Deactivating Profile

    How do I deactivate my profile please.
    I have tried using the email addresses for support and also info but neither work

    Mark,
    This is the right forum. Once logged in, go to "My stuff" tab, then "My Account" --> "Delete account". Hope this helps.

    Sorry, I was a bit too quick there.

    This option seems to be disabled in "My Stuff" which may depend on a bug. Please let me know if this is the account you'd like to have removed an I'd be happy to do it for you. Please note that it is not reversible - all your data will be completely removed from the system. You will however be free to create another account in the future.
