iModeler User Terms of Service

Way back in 2012, iModeler started as an experiment among a group of trusted friends. Today, it is a solid internet service with multiple daily updates, thousands of user accounts and large readership. The new scale calls for a formal description of our terms of service. For example, we would like you to know what happens with the content you contribute, how do we handle your account data and what we’re expecting of you as a user. All terms have been formed out of our experience of actually running this site, and we have worked hard to put them together in a simple and straightforward way. Please review these terms carefully. We are grateful you’re here.

Dear user,

These terms of service govern your use of iModeler’s site, system, functionality and content, briefly also called “services”.

We may also make moderate changes to your content to fit the editorial criteria of iModeler or for the sake of improving clarity, for example by by correcting typos, reformatting, making adjustments to the pictures or the title etc.

Content limitations

When linking content (such as pictures) from other sites, you must take care that the links do not get broken over time. In consideration for the experience of other users, broken content will be removed.

When posting to iModeler you may not ask or advise other users to pay you money or to purchase any services or items, either from you or from any other specific source, unless you do so by (1) providing a response to another user who specifically asked for such advice, (2) using a trading forum dedicated for the purpose or (3) via paid advertising at the services.  iModeler may or may not choose to provide these alternatives at its own discretion.
