No real reason why I built this kit. I build very few whirly-birds, but this one just appealed to me. It is kinda cute. All of the high-vis is Testors Flourescent Red, out of the little square bottle we all know and love. Other than the red, every thing is Out of The Box. I just wanted a fun little build where I didn’t have to sweat the details. I must have done something right, because this thing has placed in every show I have entered it into. Go figure.

It is kinda cute, and despite your claim, it appears that the details have indeed been sweated. Nice work.

You can’t kid us! The details have indeed been “sweated” or it wouldn’t look so good.

If this is an OOB build, then washing did magic to it. Solid standard. Thanks for sharing

George .. your accomplishment to detail, coloring is RIGHT ON .. “we” had some of these “little” HUS’s still at New River MCAS, NC, and working in the para-chute loft with H$MS 26 I got a chance to go up a few times in one .. a noisy bird .. Details you have done on the “passenger” compartment are remarkable .. a small chopper, BUT with LARGE results !!!
