RF-101B Voodoo “Black Magic”
This is the Monogram 1/48 kit. I’ve built it in a pseudo-Blackbird scheme I guess. I used various black enamels, eg. semi-gloss, flat, and gloss and then used the same type finishes in clear acrylic. The decal are from a F-117 set, iirc. Once again, the pics were taken at our little local airport.

Now that’s neat….I like that. Really nice job on that finish, too. And the photography is stunning…nice work.

Nice “One Oh Wonder”. The Air Guard at the base I lived at in high school had RF-101C”s, still remember the twin bangs when they’d light the burners for takeoff.

The photography is great. I remember when the 37th TFW was the Wild Weasels, back in 1982.

This is indeed “magic”. Both the model and the photos look very realistic. Well done.

Thank you Troy! I’m glad you like the ol’ gal. I think she turned out pretty good for a “four-footer”! 🙂
