Monogram A-26 part 2

As promised, a few shots of the on a base with her pilot. George, it only took 11 weeks this time...!

The base is a scrap piece of 3/4 oak plywood I had lying around. The edge was routered to make it look a little nicer. The concrete is craft posterboard cut into sections and painted with a generic automotive primer. The pilot figure is from a Me-262 kit, slightly modified to make him look a little more Korean USAF vintage. He was a bit of a chore as the old eyeballs ain't what they used to be.

My apologies for the quality of the photos. They were taken at great expense at the very last minute...
