Avia S-199 Sakhin 1/72 KP Kovozávody Prostejov KPM006
Lovely piece of kit, sent as a gift from a friend in Czech Republic which makes it even more dear. The kit is recommended btw, plastic was good with a bit of fit issues here and there but nothing serious!
Finding proper reference on IAF colors especially this old was a problem but after a bit "internet modelling" decided to go with gunze rlm 02 mixed with gunze rlm 82, weathered with oils and pastels, enjoy.

Can't think I've ever seen this type with these markings. Very unusual, and nicely presented.

Rob: here's a nice link for reference on the Tayeset 101 colors of the era: http://101squadron.com/101/colour.html

Nicely done mate.

Al, Bob, Bernd and Simon thank you all too.
Bernd this one had all nice engraved panels - i guess this is a more recent production because the moulding looked very fine and crisp with little flash or whatnot.
