Are were sure this is 1/48? There is nothing in the photos that says, but Meng has announced a 1/72 kit. The relative size of the parts to the sprues makes me think this is the 1/72 kit.
Thanks for correcting me, folks. With so many things to photograph and no more than 3 minitues by the actual model this has slipped me - the F-106 must have been a big aircraft 🙂
What absolutely DEEEE-LIGHTS me is all the optional parts! Early and late style wing tanks, two main canopies, looks like probably early and late style main wheels, and clearly broken down to allow them to do a B model! All of the dedicated A parts are together on one sprue. Positively YUMMY! And their previously shown resin gear bays, avionics, exhaust nozzle, and cockpit are downright gorgeous. Meng will be getting a lot of my moolah!
Very nice. I excited to see that it includes the "Six Shooter" 20mm Vulcan gun pack option.

Are you sure it is 1/48? It has been advertised as 1/72 in other venues. If it is indeed 1/48 that would be great!
