  1. Nice build, Allan...I often find it rather strange to see familiar aircraft in unfamiliar markings - but that's just me. 🙂

  2. Thanks Craig, I don't know how many countries operated P39s, the kit comes with US and Soviet markings.

  3. It would look WAY better in Kiwi markings (haha!) but don't think we operated them. Nice job, looks good.

  4. A really sharp looking Airacobra, Congrats to this result.

  5. Allan, the Portuguese had a couple that landed there and got interned. The Russians gave some to the Poles postwar. I've seen at least one photo of a Polish marked one. I'm kind of surprised the Canadians didn't have any. Better that than a CCF Goblin, sez I.
Good to see one in Australian markings. Early 1942 was a scary time.

  6. Never seen one in RAAF markings looks great.

  7. I agree with the comments posted above. This is a great looking P-39. I have never seen another one in these markings before. Great work my friend.

  8. Pretty P-39 Allen, and interesting markings as well. Any issues with the construction?

  9. Airacobras look cool and this one is no exception, good job as usual, Allan, and a great start to 2017.

  10. Another nice build, Allen. Love the lines of the P-39/63, and the RAAF decals are a nice add.
