Thanks for posting these, Rob. Your briefings are much appreciated. Are those Matilda tanks in the third row from the bottom, BEF France, 1940?
Rob Pollock said on October 13, 2017
Yes they are, John.

Some great photos here Rob – particularly like No.1!

Yeah finally located one re your recent query. Matildas that is, not camp Nazis.
I wonder what happened to that enormous Enterprise model.
No idea, but this was apparently the first studio model.

She is a delightful creature, isn’t she. Such a nice use for speed jeans! I wonder if she likes old bald poor guys with a strange sense of humor? Rats!
Neil, if it’s the one I saw at Silver Hill some years back, the Smithsonian has it. I can’t recall if it’s the original used in the first season, or a dupe. I want to say the original. I saw it, and came to a cartoonish dead stop.
Number 45 made me laugh !!!!!!!!!!!! Better be at a bar next time LOU !!!!! Thanks my friend. I needed that……………….
number 43 looked familiar too. It’s a very cool picture isn’t it ???? Overall a very nice collection as usual. This makes my Friday…………… as you do every Friday. Thanks again Rob.
