Scratch building at its best. Dedication and resilience is what you can call this artist. Take a read and prepare to be awed!

  1. I've seen this before, but it's been a while - and despite my 'old age', I remember it. ๐Ÿ™‚
Not something I'd attempt, though (I haven't the patience for something like that - NOR the expertise). ๐Ÿ™

  2. Saw this on FB a couple of months ago. I think thereโ€™s another thread of a similar project as well somewhere. As much an engineering exercise as a modelling one.

  3. Certainly this goes beyond "hobby" !

  4. This guy is truly amazing...never could do that!

  5. This has been around a few years that I am aware, but it certainly never ceases to amaze.

  6. Ditto, the model has some working features and the modeler I believe got a job or internship while interviewing. .

  7. The attention to detail is breathtaking to say the least. The landing gear on this project like the rest of this model is a true work of art worthy of being in a museum!

  8. I'd have no idea how to even start something like this

Talk about playing the long game...there are no adequate words I know to describe the project, other than perhaps "You gotta see this"
