AH-1F cobra
This Monograms A-H1F cobra in Operation Desert Storm colors. You might recognize this from my fathers AH-1F. We used the same decals and kit but I cut out the canopy door on the gunners seat so you can see the interior. I had a lot of fun with this model and only had one problem with it and that was sanding the exhaust. Can I have some tips for my next helicopters please?

Doesn’t appear to me that you NEED any “tips” – that turned out just fine as far as I can see. Nice job, my friend.

It’s always great to see a chopper here, Oliver. Your Cobra looks terrific and it does look very shark like. The likeness to the real thing is impressive…

Oliver, nicely done! I know a retired WO Cobra pilot who was in Desert Storm. He said they used Sears housepaint on theirs, I forget which color. Field expedient!
