  1. Welcome to iModeler, Cheng - and your build looks great! It is not easy to recreate a natural metal finish, and there are lots of different products available for that purpose. What kind of paint did you use for your F-84?

    • Thanks for the praise.
I used AK xtreme-metal(AK471 Black Base、AK479 aluminium、AK476 steel) to be basic surface paint, then after appling a clear coat ,oil paint helped to finished my F-84.

  2. Lovely Thunderjet and beautifully finished, Cheng.

  3. Fantastic work Cheng. Natural metal is allways a challenge but you did a fine job. Very nice panel lines and it is a colorfull bird with these squadron colors. Very well done!

  4. Nicely done Cheng, especially in that scale.

  5. Welcome aboard, Cheng - don't "advance" your painting and finishing skills TOO much (you'll make the rest of us look bad) - 🙂
Your detail work is outstanding, my friend.

    • Thank you very much, my friend.for the beginner like me,all model photos of this site's articles are advanced art work,so I have a long way to go catch up. ?

  6. Very nice work on this model.

  7. Beautifully built and finished, Cheng! Welcome to iModeler. I wish you had told us more about yourself on your profile. It would be nice to know where you're from, for instance. Plus anything else you don't mind telling about.

    Well done!

  8. An excellent Thud craft!

  10. Stunning work - welcome and very well done!

  11. It looks great! I like the effect you achieved with the brown tones to enhance the NMF - I'll steal that idea!
