It’s an early Ju-87. It probably ended up like this if the pilot stood on the brakes too hard and the ground was soft.

Here’s a model in my stash that has the same wheel spats. It’s a Ju-87 “A” early version. This photo you provided Rob may be the inspiration that I needed to build the kit.
