Seats gentlemen…..

September 8, 2018 · in Aviation · · 9 · 1.6K

Here are my hybrid Brassin/Wolfpack Mk5 seats. I think they ended up far better than any Mk5 seats on the market as the Eduard Mk7 seats are little kits in themselves, and adding the Mk5 parachute housing to them makes them an excellent choice. Spendy I suppose, but they look the part. Now on to the rest of the build. Oh and as my mug suggests it's NCAA football season and my favorite team University of Oregon plays later this morning so GO DUCKS!

  1. Nice job, Rob. Pour yourself another one.
I too am glad it's College football time, so I will add...
    WE ARE...PENN STATE!

  2. Really, really fine.
PS Easily surpass my plain Tamiya tape belts without hardware.

  3. Thanks guys, the Brassin seat set is really a cut above everything on the market. As is sometimes the case I think some of their colors on the PE are a tad off, but close enough for 1/48!

  4. Great seats, Rob! Tasty brew as well, I'll wager.

  5. Well, BIG win for Oregon - congratulations. And kudos for those seats, they are worthy of a headline post in their own right.

  6. Yes, I think it will be a decent season for the Ducks. Not sure how we will do against 'Furd and the Fuskies, but we play them both at home. Herbert is the real deal if his receivers can stop having the dropsies!

  7. Nice seats - and as a modeler, I know you picked the Ducks just for their uniforms!

  8. LOL, well if you are from Oregon your choices are the Ducks or the Beavers. I suffered through many bad years as a Ducks fan, 2016 wasn't a picnic either, but overall they are a great team these days!
