1/48 Eduard Spitfire LF.IXe (SAAF)
This is my Eduard 1/48 Spitfire LF. IXe completed in April 2018. I have done this as one of the aircraft used by the No1 Squadron, South African Air Force at the Stamford Hill airfield, 1945.
Time spent on build was approx 1 week.
Paints used were Humbrol Acrylic spray can 30 'Dark Earth' and Vallejo Green 'cannot remember which green though' and Vallejo Sky Grey.
Decals are off the Kits At War set K4/15, which are no longer in print.
