Ki-61 Hasegawa 1/32

February 2, 2019 · in Aviation · · 10 · 1.6K

Another of my "skeletons in the closet". I also made a model with a 10-year pause. I was afraid of those green spots. I created the interior from EDUARD, which is very good. I sprayed the green stains from my hand, so maybe it did. Hinomaru I also sprayed the made templates. I like the models from for their simplicity.

  1. Jirka,

The Ki-61 and the paint scheme that you have chosen would intimidate a lot of modelers into painting. But, all good things come to those who wait...or you took the time to pull off a excellent paint job. After all the Japanese painted the real a/c by hand why shouldn't you? Maybe with time comes some wisdom or experience and courage.

    Two thumbs up.

  2. Thank you for your courageous and motivating comments friends

  3. Wow...outstanding build !

  4. Overall a very nice job. The canopy is superb!

  5. Your camo paint over bare metal looks fantastic.

  6. You don't have to worry about the camouflage being "messy," it was messy on the real thing, since the painters were just splotching with paint brushes.

  7. Děkuji vám přátelé. Thank you fellows.

  8. Very Nice!
