1/48 F-18F RAAF operation Okra

March 19, 2019 · in Aviation · · 10 · 2.9K

Hello all I would like to share some pics (which I hope do justice to the real thing ) of A44-210 in scale as it was during Operation Okra. Some of the additions to this model are eduard photo etch cockpit, modified Aries exhaust, aero bonus bang seats with modified pilots, brassin aim-9x aim-120b and gbu-38s, attack squadron gbu-54s, Ronin graphics 1 sqn 100 years decals, Wolfpack atflir and mount and custom pilot name decals ( that I may redo in dark gray instead of black), I also cut the hinges and modified the flaps to take off position instead of full down.

  7. Hello Wayne,
Super spending, but for that money a Super Hornet.
Looks great. Especially the pylons and their stores. It shows the offensive
power of this plane in good view.
    Regards, Dirk
