  1. Awesome!
Allways loved the F14. The fighter of my childhood...

  2. Now that's a proper navy paint job! I can smell the JP-5 and CPC, well done.

  3. That is about the most prefect Tomcat I’ve seen. Work of art.

  4. Matt's right, the most perfect Tomcat I've seen. The paint work is stunning, the decal work is superb. The weathering is fantastic. Just a whole lot of overall excellence here.

  5. Love the corrosion control.

  6. Excellent work there, Daniel.

  7. Sweet work! Not so often to see a low-vis Diamondback!

  8. Beautiful build Daniel, very well done. Markings are from VF-102 ?

    • Yes, it is VF-102. Thanks all! These cats are just a delight to paint and weather. I use a lot of ore and lost shading to get the patterns broken. And on this one, I used the UschiVDR templates to get that “salty” look. No more messy salt method!

  9. I usually prefer my planes with props, but I am really impressed with this build. The finish really captures the hard working carrier aircraft look to me.

  10. Awesome work, you nailed that cat mate. Very nice weathing and finish.

  11. Daniel, I think gorgeous covers it quite nicely. Weathering, paint, build quality: it's all superb. One of the best I've seen.

  12. Wow! I have to agree with the others, that's a beauty. Great job on the paint and weathering. All the way around, this is excellent!

  13. That's one terrific Tom[Bomb]cat!

  14. 🙂 … Greetings … 🙂 :
Very nice and eye popping work on that model Daniel. The weathering is so well balanced and applied and the photos are well done and lighted.

  15. Well everyone else has used all the platitudes I would have! Dittos on an excellent looking Tomcat - love it!

  16. What else is there to say? Beautiful "Bombcat," Daniel!

  17. LOL, love the "Bombcat" reference, adios AIM-54 Phoenix missiles! Stunning work Daniel, really admire all aspects of what you put into this build.
