Freikorps's Whippet

September 27, 2019 · in Armor · · 9 · 1.9K

Greetings to the members of the forum.

I wanted to show you this kit, which took me almost 3 years to finish. I finished the construction phase in 2017 and now I have completed the painting.

This Whippet is from , . The detail of the kit is very good, as well as the fit of the pieces. The wheels and traction system of the tracks is very well detailed, but unfortunately is hidden ... almost 50% of the parts are hidden under the structure of the tank and tracks. The tracks are the only weak spot in the kit. They are very well detailed but the link between them is weak and the tracks can be disassembled during the painting phase.

The kit comes with several options of decals. I decided to represent a Whippet used by the German Freikorps during 1918-1919.

I hope you like it and any suggestion is welcome.
