Messerschmitt BF109E-4
Hi guys,
Here I bring you all, my latest build out of my bench. This is an new airfix molde and is a treat.
It goes together really well and with minimal effort you can achieve a fantastic result.
For this build, I have used the laquer paints from Hataka orange line.

Nuno, a pintura está muito boa, ao nível de uma escala maior, mas infelizmente o modelo tem alguns pontos fracos, como o canopy (que é também um ponto fraco do irmāo mais crescido deste kit da Airfix, o a 1/48) e o trem de aterragem que está com um ângulo muito direito. Se comparares com fotos do original, verás que devem ter uma ligeira inclinação para a frente.
Espero que não leves a mal o feedback, mas o teu talento merecia um kit melhor 😉
Boas Pedro, é claro que não levo a mal, todas as criticas são bem vindas, so assim se pode evoluir.
Em relação ao trem, eles estão ligeiramente inclinados para a frente, agora depois de ver as fotoa parece não se notar. Mas contudo devo também confessar que não pesquisei para saber o angulo correcto. Quanto a canopy, faz-se o que se pode com o material fornecido, mas ja deu para aprender bastante para um próximo.

Very nice result Nuno. How were the Hataka lacquers? I've yet to try them.

Have been using them for a while now and regarding thr laquer ones, they are really good and very forgiven. I always dilute them in a 50/50 ratio and had no problems so far.

I have red box Dutch paints for air brushing, but haven't used them yet.
Can you get unused paint back into the bottle? I'm worried about waste.

Hi, thanks for your words.
Getting paint back inside the bottle is always tricky but doesn't mean impossible. My advice, always work with small portions at a time.
