Rafale M Hobby Boss 1/48
There is a Rafale Marine from Hobby Boss in 1/48 scale.
This is not the type of plane I would have built for myself, I had offered this box to my father almost a year ago, and he finally asked me to buid it for him.
I did not look for absolute accuracy. I know that the Hobby Boss tool represents a prototype version of the Rafale Marine. For instance the OSF (optronique secteur frontal), just ahead the windshield should not be there.
It's 100% from the box to, only a few small improvements on the ejection seat and inside the cockpit, but that are hardly seen, all very dark once the canopy is closed.

A beautiful job, Jérôme. Your build looks as sharp as a tack to me. Lovely paintwork & weathering which seems just right. I'm a long way from being an expert on the Rafale but I would certainly forgive the slight discrepancies in your kit you mentioned because it looks just so good! Excellent photography too. All the photos & video clips that I've seen of Rafale in service make it look fabulous.

You made a very nice replica of this very attractive jet. Also, another success for the Dassault Aviation Industry. Even foreign sales are doing quite well. It is good to see, that the French Industry can hold its ground in this market.
