T17E2 Staghound
With the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Europe in mind, I started working on the RPM T17E2 Staghound in 1:72. The say this kit is over-engineered is rather an understatement, especially the multi-part turret is quite a handful. I therefor decided to use the resin replacement turret from Modell Trans and also choose to use a turned brass gun.
I replaced the kits rear basket with a scratch build item from plastic sheet and also added the front rear view mirrors. The equipment pieces are resin items from Black Dog. The figure is from Dan Taylor Modelworks, whereas the markings for the 'Brigade Piron' came from Braille Scale.
