Thanks for this. Yes, here in Belgium early indications the epidemic is getting under control. But the figures that go out on infected are a gross underestimation. A colleague at work got it but never was tested since "he met someone who confirmed positive" so obviously everyone agrees he has it too (since it's very infectious) but they rather not test him since that would mean the infected figures look worse... How to lie with statistics...
