1/72 Trumpeter Su-27UB – Kazakhstan AF
This is Trumpeter’s Su-27UB built straight from the box except for the decals. Decals came from Linden Hill Snow Leopards of The Seven Rivers Kazakhstan (LHD72023). Camouflage pattern is sprayed freehand using a Paasche VSR90 with fine needle. The Trumpeter Flankers, although they do have some small inaccuracies, are easy to build and not very expensive. Most boxing have a lot of armament included, but I left this one basically clean, as these are trainer aircraft and most photos of them are unarmed. Metallic paints are Alclad II. Camo colors are as suggested in the Linden Hill instructions or other brand’s equivalents.

Beautiful work, Gordon and a beautiful plane too! I’ve got my …..1/32 Su-27 semi finished. Your work inspired me to try to finish it.
All the best and stay safe!
