I have been lucky enough to viait Samur 4 times and its a great collection. Obviously the high point is the French WWI and WWII armour. You wont see that anywhere else. The stuff outside over at the workshops is pretty cool as well.
In 2016 I was down there for a modelling show and had a blast with the French lads form the Warpaint Forum .We went out that night and sank quiet a few beers and whiskeys. Good drinkers, great hosts and brillant modellers.
