1/48 Airfix Sea Fury 805 Squadron RAN
This kits was built for club challenge "Airfix Cup" which has proved popular each year with a specific new tool Airfix being chosen as the subject matter. In 2019 it was the Sea Fury and I didn't finish mine until after the event, so with COVID "more time at home" restrictions in place, a few unfinished projects were indeed finished...
A very nice kit and too be honest, not a plane that really got me excited - though having said that, the dark blue option remaining on the Ronin sheet is very tempting...

I too like the look of your Sea Fury a lot! The finish is flawless, and I believe the pristine look of the aircraft reflects the well kept look of the real plane. You certainly chose the most striking livery if that decal sheet Darren

Spectaularly simple scheme, and you made it look like a gem! Of course you now must add a blue one to sit next to this one. Get on with it 🙂

That is one nice Sea Fury. Bought this kit and the bits and same decal sheet when it was released. It has gathered dust on the box ever since but I have a feeling it will start rising to the top of the pile after seeing your build.
