1/48 Tamiya P-38G "Zirkus Rosarius"

September 16, 2020 · in Aviation · · 9 · 2.9K

In looking for something different I chose to my second as a captured aircraft, albeit flown briefly, and evaluated by the Luftwaffe.

I added Ultracast wheels, steel belts on kit seat and the guns are Master barrels set for early P-38, which a beautiful to look at. The decals are made up from Skys Decals for P-38, Cutting Edge "Zirkus Rosarius" and spares box.

Paints are Tamiya / Mr Hobby acrylics, Tamiya TS Camel Yellow (decantered), Future Gloss & Xtracrylix Flat.

Happy Modelling
