I forgot who made this kit for sale. Its' been 18 years since I put it together and I don't think I had any building problems. These 5 photos are all that I have of the jet. I was informed at a IPMS/USA San Jose, California monthly club meeting that I had the wrong color on my model. At another model show I was told that the color didn't matter. "It was how well the color was applied." Thus, I won a 1st Place award on the airplane.

Enjoy!

  11. I went to about 17 IPMS/USA model contest that was held in California until I won an "Honorable Mention" award which was a business-like card. As time went on I got a 3rd, then a 2nd and finally a 1st place award. The old saying amount us modelers was: "Some one has to win the award so why can't it be me." Then we use to buy lotto tickets, hoping to win one of the prizes, which was at the show. We all use the "WHY CAN'T IT BE ME." Those contests were nothing but fun and good times.
