This is the not bad/not good from .
Build oob.
Gunze MR.Color lacquer paints and acrylics used.
Water paints as panel liner. Silver pencils for the metallic effects.

  1. Felinus Beautious. VERY nice job on that. I think the Trumpy Wildcats are among their best efforts, 1/32 included.

    • The Wildcat kit they originally released was one of the worst things they've ever done. It was so egregious - bad fit, fictional shape, just awful - no relation to the airplane at all, designed by someone who had never been around an airplane. It was so awful it got universal condemnation, and Squadron announced they were returning the kits they had ordered and canceling anything more from Trumpeter unless it was fixed. It took about six months (they must have been working 24/7) but the result was this kit, which as the modeler reports, "ain't too bad."
