9 – Testors OV-10A Bronco
I found one of my favourite airplanes and in 48th scale there aren't many options on it.
A really fun kit but very little detail so had to create my own, mostly in the cockpit, I added ejector levers, wiring, fuselage ribbing, some boxes, wiring on the landing gear and some other details here and there.
I chose the US Army scheme as I liked the colours the most, and had a lot of fun painting it up, the references I found most of them had very little weathering so I kept it quite clean.
A really fun build of a plane I love, needed some detail added but overall I loved this kit.

Cockpit additions are great and with this canopy you still have a good visibility on that.

Yeah its a massive canopy - I wish they gave you some things to add in there. I tried making those boxes but in the end wasn't too happy with them so decided it was better to leave them out.
I really like the Bronco. One of my first two builds (back in 3rd grade) was a Bronco in 1/48 (don't remember the kit brand). You made a great choice on the scheme, and it's finished nicely!

Not too many in 1.48 so was probably this testors kit.
Originally a 1966 Hawk kit, reissued by Testors (1972 and '88), Italeri (1979), and Chematic (2010).

There was actually a Bronco that showed up at EAA this year but it didn't fly in any of the displays. Maybe next year. Great job on yours!
