Roden 1/144 Boeing 720B Pan American
This is the first time I have assembled a Roden kit.
The box art is attractive, but the kit itself has a nice atmosphere when completed.
The accuracy of the parts was good and they took shape quickly.
However, because the surface of the parts is pear-shaped, I had to re-carve almost all the molds during the surface treatment process.
Also, the quality of the decals was not as good as I would have liked, and I had a hard time with that.

The overall accuracy of this kit is lacking in some areas, so I paid attention to finishing it well.

This airliner is spectacular, @dagored. The paint-work is terrific, especially the natural metal wings. Well done.
For the metal expression of the wings, I focused on the texture. It helped that I have access to great quality paint now.

I really like this. It reminds me of the models I saw as a boy at the airport in Portland Oregon
It's a shame that we can't actually see the Pan Am aircraft anymore.

Pan Am colors on a Boeing. Hard to beat. Very nice indeed.
When I found this kit with Pan Am specifications, I knew I had to build it.
The old airline liveries look great, very neat work.
