I just bought these kits - I don't know why they were not on my radar until recently.

Both schemes fit the MiG3 perfectly.
The shape of the MiG3 always gives me the idea that it was build as a racer.
Yeah, the shape of this aircraft is amazing especially considering the period and the circumstances.
A nice pair of -3's! Great job.
I've still got a Zvesda Yak-3 in the stash - not as pretty but the kit looks great and has a full engine.

Great looking set of Migs - I especially like the winter camo scheme. Well done!
Yeah, the winter scheme was a bit daunting but it came out ok. Odd that they painted the wingtips and spinner in red when the white scheme was meant to hid the plane. I guess they may have found it was too well camouflaged. Perhaps pilots had to feel around in the snow to find their planes ; )
Hopefully, folks will take time to click to your album of competed models. The photos are first class as are your models. Not a clinker in the bunch, as you move from planes to cars to ships to bikes...all well-built and finished to perfection. All good, Richard. Impressed.
