  2. Wonderful job, Nguyen @viva
    Not much critisism to give.
The interior looks amazing and the 'remove before flight' labels are a great addition.
What did you use to create them?

  3. Outstanding Phantom Nguyen...well done!

  4. Wonderful job indeed, Nguyen!
    Congratulations!

  5. Nice work! I’m a fan of Hasegawa’s F-4 kits. Still the only ones to do the Brit Spey powered versions.

  6. Superb built... great paint and weathering...

  7. @viva, Nguyen, that's a fantastic Phantom! Great work sir! ?

  8. That is a great looking Phantom, nice build and your paint work is excellent. You really achieved nice variations in the greys in subtle ways. Looking closely it looks like you did the reverse of what is typical, with a lighter shade around the panel lines and darker towards the middle of the panel. Subtle, but effective, I like it.

  9. She is a beauty! I'm saving this link as a reference for my Phantom project - I have a Fujimi 1/72 kit in this scheme to do. The paint work and weathering is fantastic.

  10. Really nice work Nguyen @viva. The cockpit work is really outstanding - a highly realistic result.

  11. Beautiful build! Very impressive. There’s something about the Spey Phantoms that are special.

  12. One Phabulous Phantom!

  13. Insanely cool colour scheme! Love the low contrast roundels and the high contrast grin and fin. Great weathering. Job well done!

  14. Excellent work on this Phantom.

  15. That's an amazing build! Congrats!

  16. Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement ! Hasegawa’s Phantom lines used to be one of the best but undoubtedly incomparable with the latest F-4B from Tamiya. Having said that Hasegawa still provides more version then other manufacturers, including this RAF version which in my favorite.

Revell provides many decal options, including the standard RAF Camo. I highly recommended this kit.

The Aires cockpit details is gorgeous. Even with all the sanding and trimming to get it fits, it all well worth the time and investment

Eduard remove before flight strips PE is a must in my book, as it colored up the grey camo

The FOD covers are PE from Eduard too, fit is ok but bending to shape is difficult.

  17. 🙂 ... Greetings ... 🙂 :
Nguyen ... this model is a very dignified representation of a Phantom in RAF colors and markings.
Very nice work on the painting and subtle weathering.
The cockpit interiors alone stand out.

  18. VERY nice work
