1/48 AMP HO3S-1 Dragonfly

This is the HO3S-1 . Its amost straight from the box but some added seatbelts. The figures are bashed together and the torsos modified from Luftwaffe pilot figures because the closest i could get to a Korean War Navy life preserver. The deck represents an LST converted to a helicopter scow. The fit of this kit was a challenge…to me anyway.

  10. That really is a cool looking helicopter and build. Great work, I would really would love build one, challenge or not. It just looks so cool, and you did a great job on yours!

    • Thank you, Walt. Be prepared for a lot of test fitting and sanding. Lots of flash on the parts too as well as a short shot part and a mold error at the top of the fuselage on mine. Hope that’s a one off.
