SAAF Buccaneer S MK 50, 1/32 scale, Scratch Build, Part 3

March 21, 2022 · in Aviation · · 11 · 1.3K

Its been a while since I have posted, been a little busy with work and Family.
This project has been a labour of love for me, and I have, once again, learned a lot, cussed a lot, sanded and shaped a lot and scratched my head .

Firstly, this is a big model, so big that I had to make this wings fold to fit in my display cabinet, the undercarriage was also a challenge, but I managed to get a satisfactory result. The shape with all the curves came out great and I am happy.

It certainly looks like a Buccaneer..., Lots of work still to do, I will post more progress as I move along.

Hope you enjoy the pics.

Regards

Marc

  10. The definition of model making right here. I'm always bowled over by things like this, I'd not have the faintest idea how to even start something like this.
