  1. I don’t what to say, but I love this post. There are better things to model than Russian killing machines at the moment, try a 1/12 formula one car, Italeri make a fabulous F1 Alfa Romeo kit, somewhere in size between a 1/72 and 1/48 Russian jet. Just a suggestion.

  2. I could not agree more. My starting point of interest was to build a MIG29 that the 'alleged'
'Ghost of Kyiv' Ukrainian pilot flew downing reportedly six Soviet MIGS in one day? Now
given the incredible lessons of a nation giving their ALL to stay free...I don't care if the legend is
true or not...as for me what matters is that the spirit of it rings to the tenacity of the Ukrainians.
I don't want to step beyond the lanes of this great forum so I will hold back further comments,
with some confidence that the Ukrainians are supported here by most. (imho it could be said that there
is some history repeating here... but that's the value of history if you honor it's lessons?)

Since I build about 5 kits at a time and my 1/72 Revell Avro Shack should be finished today
(that should jinx it?), there will be openings for the next builds (2)...I'm building the Neomega resin Trans
Artic Tractor and a 1 /25 Revell Ford GT Mk IV (commission) I'm thinking about the 1/12 Italeri Mefistofele? I've started the wire wheels on my second 1/8 Pocher Gran Sport Alfa, or MPC STP Indy Turbine or resin 1/25 Pegaso display engine? Can't get ENOUGH distractions these days?
    Choices choices...

  3. I vote for the Mefistofele, Clarence! It is such a cool machine, the finished model will simply be utterly imposing!
