Wow! Is that scratch built? Just incredible.
Yes the rig and the skeleton are scratch. The top part of the skeleton is supplied in one piece by CSM with the model.
Brilliant, some proper modelling skills on display there including the figure painting. I’m especially interested in the taping on the wing ribs, how was this done please?

Wing ribs are embossed in the manufacturer's base plastic. Masking those ribs with thin masking strips (such Tamiya), I sprayed a darker tone (smoke i.e.) on both sides, a fairly classic method.

Thank you for your reply Christian. I’ve been experimenting with various methods of reproducing rib tapes and stitching on 1/32 biplanes but none really tick the box yet. I was hoping you had devised something that I could steal but well done the kit manufacturer for including the stitching, it looks very effective.
I suppose you know some manufacturers propose rib stitchings, like Aviattic (England) and Lukgraph (Poland) recently. Until now i've not experienced them. Maybe it will help you.
