Airfix 1/72 BAC TSR-2
One that had been on my list to do for a long time but the amount of resin that came with the kit scared me off a bit.
The kit, as we all know, has fit issues but with the help of a number of build threads I was forewarned of the areas of concern.
Painted with.
Colourcoats Dark Admiralty Grey, Anti-Flash White and Light Aircraft Grey.
Tamiya Rubber Black, Nato Black, Semi-Gloss Black, Clear Yellow and Gun Metal.
SMS Italian Red.
Xtreme Metals steel and Gun Metal.
Finished with Windsor & Newton Galeria Satin Varnish.
AM Used.
Various CMK Resin sets.
Master Pitot Tube.
Thanks for looking,
Cheers,
Alistair

The TSR2 is one elegant British design.
The Airfix kit despite being well received is not the easiest build either. Congrats on a well done model.
Thank you so much.
I just wish they would release a new tool one.
Nice work, Alistair!
Many Thanks

What a wonderful result, Alistair @alistairfgauld
You clearly won the battle over this challenging kit. There are no signs of the mentioned issues.
Many Thanks,
I took a lot of time trying to get this to look like the subject.
There was a fair bit of filler used but it looks good in the cabinet, so, I'm happy with that.
Gorgeous looking plane with a beautiful paint scheme. Great work, she looks like sie is "alive", Alistair!
Thanks very much.
That is most kind.
